To shoot our first Lookbook, we traveled to Westcliffe, CO during the height of the fall aspen season. The town sits on the eastern side of the Sangre de Cristo range offering spectacular views of a lifetime of climbable peaks. But, our aspirations for this trip were more modest: take in the changing aspen leaves, explore the town's sleepy culture and cap it off with a night of stargazing at the local observatory. Worth noting, Westcliffe is an International Dark Sky Community. One of nine in the world, they've gone to great lengths to protect what they view as one of their most precious resources: the night sky. As such, we recommend visiting during a new moon.
